Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of My Offline Music (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License and Apple terms
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for lawful personal use. These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA, Apple’s terms control to the extent of the conflict.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits, use it to violate another person’s rights, or use content without the permissions required by law.
Your media and content
You are responsible for media, playlists, files, links, and other content you access, import, create, or share through the App. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for that content. The App does not grant ownership of third-party music, video, artwork, metadata, or other content.
Third-party services
The App may display or interact with services, content, advertising, or links provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Availability and behavior of third-party services may change without notice and are outside our control.
Subscriptions and purchases
If the App offers subscriptions or other in-app purchases, payment is processed by Apple. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account settings within the period specified by Apple. Refunds and purchase management are governed by Apple’s applicable policies.
Updates and availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the App or to comply with legal or third-party requirements. We do not guarantee that every feature or third-party source will always remain available.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss arising from third-party content or services. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Termination
Your right to use the App ends if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
