Privacy Policy
This policy describes how My Offline Music (the “App”) handles information when you use it.
Information processed
The App may process device and app identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, approximate location derived from network information, product interaction, advertising data, diagnostics, and purchase or subscription status. This information may be used to operate the App, measure performance, prevent fraud, understand feature usage, and provide or measure advertising.
Music, playlists, favorites, playback history, and files you import may be stored locally on your device. If you choose an account, sync, sharing, or other online feature, information you submit and the content needed to provide that feature may be transmitted to the relevant service.
Device permissions
The App may request access to media, files, photos, camera, microphone, notifications, or other device features only when a feature needs that access. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. Information selected through a permission is used to provide the feature you requested.
Advertising and analytics
The App uses third-party analytics and advertising services. Depending on your location, consent choices, and device settings, these providers may process identifiers, usage information, diagnostics, advertising interactions, and network information under their own privacy policies.

If iOS presents the App Tracking Transparency prompt, you may decline tracking. You can also change that choice later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Contextual or limited ads may still appear.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to deliver App functionality, maintain security, diagnose problems, analyze performance, manage subscriptions, and serve or measure ads. It may be shared with service providers for those purposes, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law. We do not sell information directly for money.
Retention and security
Local content remains on your device until you remove it or delete the App. Service providers retain information according to their policies and operational or legal needs. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no electronic service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. If you believe a child supplied personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Your choices and rights
You may manage permissions and tracking in iOS Settings, reset or limit advertising controls through your device, and delete locally stored App data by using available controls or deleting the App. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the App or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
